Mark A. Ingram, experienced custom builder, dedicated businessman, and owner of family oriented Landmark Home Builders Inc. As a teenager mark started as a carpenter’s helper for his father. We invite you to visit Spring Lakes and meet Mark, and find out for yourselves why we are all excited to have Mark and family building at Spring Lakes.

The aesthetic standards of the Spring Lakes at the Woodlands community will be upheld by the Spring Lakes at the Woodlands Architectural Review Board, whose purpose is to protect the values, vision, and sense of history that are integral to this project. Here, homesites will be thoughtfully landscaped to add the finishing touches to Spring Lakes beautiful terrain. This will insure that homes at Spring Lakes will long be known for their lasting quality, beauty, and value.
Every home built is carefully reviewed prior to commencement of construction to make certain that it conforms to extensive guidelines developed to:
a) Create a sense of architectural timelessness and a consistent character of community. b) Ensure that homes are well designed, constructed and landscaped. c) Accommodate individual tastes to the extent possible while ensuring that values within the property are protected.
